Hailing from US/UK, Strangelove-The DEPECHE MODE Experience delivers a career spanning, pitch perfect concert that transports listeners through time and touches on several key points in Depeche Mode’s 45 year career. Songs from throughout the Depeche Mode canon of OVER FIFTY chart-topping hits are lovingly recreated, with the look, feel and youthful energy of a classic-era DM arena show. No detail of STRANGELOVE’s presentation has been overlooked; and stage set pieces and in-show costume changes reflect different eras of Depeche Mode’s story.

Depeche Mode’s seminal album Black Celebration, written and recorded in London and Berlin in 1985, and released in early 1986, is celebrated for its dark, innovative sound and profound influence on the electronic and alternative music scenes. The album’s rich, and by turns atmospheric and industrial tones, coupled with introspective lyrics helped define the '80s zeitgeist; and have continued to inspire generations of music lovers.

Largely heralded as being one of the most successful touring full-production tribute shows in the United States since 2010, Strangelove is finally presenting a full-scale EU tour for the first time. "We’re incredibly excited to celebrate this milestone and honor this body of work with fans across Europe," says Vocalist/Guitarist/Founder Brent Meyer. "Depeche Mode's Black Celebration holds a special place in the hearts of so many, and we’re honored to pay tribute to this groundbreaking album with a tour that truly reflects its impact." The tour will focus on Black Celebration album cut + B Sides. In addition to this album-focused set, the band will perform an additional set comprised of other Depeche Mode hits and fan favorites from all eras of Depeche Mode’s 45 year history.

"They do it to such fine detail it's scary" (Martin Gore-Depeche Mode)
